ADMISSION RELATED INSTRUCTIONS

I. The candidates can report for admission at 10:00 AM on all reporting days and the time schedule for the  last day of reporting is based on MCC guideline (server time).

II. As per the instructions given in the “PROSPECTUS FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS / BDS DEGREE COURSES IN TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT MEDICAL / DENTAL COLLEGES, GOVERNMENT QUOTA SEATS IN SELF-FINANCING MEDICAL / DENTAL COLLEGES, ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE, K.K. NAGAR, CHENNAI AFFILIATED TO THE TAMIL NADU DR.M.G.R. MEDICAL UNIVERSITY & STATE PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES 2026-2027 SESSION”

      All candidates MUST submit the following documents at the time of admission. Failure to produce the following documents will lead to cancellation of selection.

      The candidate may download the documents from the link, bring all documents in complete shape and to be submitted at time of reporting to the college. This will ensure quick processing of admission procedure.

             This form should be downloaded, filled, printed out back to back in A4 size paper and signed in places wherever indicated in the form. The items which are not relevant or ‘not applicable’ may be left blank.

3.   Joint Declaration by the Candidate and Parents/Guardian 

                  This document is prescribed as Annexure XIII in the Prospectus of the MBBS/BDS degree courses for the year 2026-27.  This document should be printed in A4 sheet paper and to be submitted in complete shape.

9.   Medical Certificate for administration of Hepatitis B vaccination 

          This certificate must be obtained from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

14. Eligibility Certificate in Original – Candidates from Other Board (expect Tamil Nadu State Board & CBSE) should submit the Eligibility Certificate obtained from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
15. If Spl. Category attach original Proof (Sports/Ex-Serviceman / EWS certificate) PwD Certificate- Medical Certificate issued by designated disability centers.

17. Bonafide Certificate (original) from Chief Education Officer -Candidates Selected under Preferential admission of 7.5% of seats under Govt. School Quota (State Quota only)
